Devlin is known as a top litigator and a highly regarded attorney in the areas of automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and general negligence. He also specializes in many other areas of practice including No-Fault PIP cases (which typically involve suing the no-fault insurance carrier for medical expenses, wage loss for the first three years post-accident, and other benefits to which the injured party may be entitled to), automobile negligence cases, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases.
